Dispute Resolution

As in any business, disputes can arise.  Our solution is open and positive dialogue between the parties involved to maximize communication and realistic expectations.

  • Be as specific as possible
  • Place all communication in the comment section of the Job Detail
  • Manage expectations
  • Choose the best person for the job based on ratings and reviews
  • If in doubt, ask questions. NEVER assume your Worker or Job Poster thinks like you
  • Be prompt and respect other peoples time
  • Be responsive to emails and phone alerts. 
  • A picture is worth a thousand words, when possible, use them
  • Be courteous and polite
  • If you just cannot solve the issue, contact so we can see if we can help
  • Remember, maintaining good reviews and five-star ratings will affect future work
