How does Band Of Hands make money?

There is no cost to Post or Explore jobs. Band of Hands is paid on Completed Jobs only. The posted job rate plus any estimated expenses for a job is the price to the Project Owner.

Once a Project Owner hires a Worker, the price of that job is pre-authorized on the Project Owner credit card on file.  The funds are released by the Project Owner when the job is complete, with 85% of the Job Price plus expenses is paid to the Worker(s), and 15% is paid to Band of Hands.

The $1.00 fee that the Worker pays per hour for OAI + ICBA is not a part of Band Of Hand's profit. 100% of the $1.00 goes directly towards OAI + ICBA.
