• One time sign-up fee of $499
• $12.00 a week per employee
• Workers' salary
• Workers' compensation rates (costs vary by state)
• Payroll taxes
• Payroll late fees in the event that your payroll is late 
• Check Delivery if your worker receives paper check

Payroll taxes include FUTA (federal unemployment tax), FICA (federal insurance contributions) and SUTA (state unemployment tax).
