How do I get my I-9 verified?

We have made getting your I-9 verified simpler than ever through our remote verification process. Before getting it verified you must: 

1. Submit it! You can submit your I-9 by logging into your Band of Hands account and completing the onboarding documents. These can be accessed through your Dashboard.

2. After submission, a Band of Hands team member will Accept or Reject your document. If it gets rejected, you must re-submit it with the proper corrections. If it gets accepted, you are free to move forward. 

3. After your I-9 gets accepted, you will receive an email from Band of Hands via Workbright. From there you will be prompted to have your I-9 verified by any friend that is 18 years or older. This will be done by sharing your locations from your smartphone. This process will let us know that the worker is with another person that is viewing the documents to make sure they are credible.
